At least 1,8 thousand people have been injured as a result of Israeli strikes on Iran since the beginning of the escalation of the conflict. This was announced on June 16 by the Ministry of Health of the Islamic Republic.

On June 13, Israel attacked Iran and declared a state of emergency. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure. In response, Iran launched several waves of missile attacks.
