In the Vladimir region, another case was opened after a collision between two passenger cars, a Renault minivan and a bus. This was announced on June 16 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the region.
It is clarified that upon the fact of the accident, investigators opened a criminal case under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Production, storage, transportation or sale of goods and products, performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
"Currently, investigators have inspected the scene, technical and other documentation is being seized, and the necessary forensic examinations are being appointed," the Telegram channel says.
The collision of two passenger cars, a Renault minivan and a bus on the 290th km of the federal highway M-7 Volga in the Vladimir region became known earlier that day. The bus followed the route Moscow — Cheboksary. As a result of the accident, three people were killed and nine others were injured.
Later, a criminal case was opened into the accident under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules by the driver of the vehicle, resulting in the death of a person").
