"The effects of bad weather are clearly visible where the water left from. Many cars were simply washed away and now their owners are trying to somehow get into their vehicles," said Yaroslav Bogat, a correspondent for Izvestia.

According to him, a significant part of the water rushed into the lowest sections of the streets, significantly flooding them. Currently, it is possible to drive on roads only on off-road vehicles.

"The car was floating straight, the gates were closed, it almost sailed away, the tanks were floating," said local resident Alexander Komissarov.
