The court rejected comedian Transversal's complaint about the status of a foreign agent

The Moscow City Court rejected the complaint of comedian Danila Transverchny (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) against the decision of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court, which refused to exclude him from the register. This was announced by the court's press service on June 16.

"The court upheld the decision <...> to declare illegal and cancel the decision to be included in the register of a foreign agent, as well as to eliminate the violation of rights, unchanged, and the applicant's appeal was not satisfied," the press service's Telegram channel says.
