A resident of Perm fell into a coma and died after a dentist appointment.
In Perm, a 35-year-old local resident fell into a coma and died after medical intervention due to acute toothache. This was announced on June 16 by the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee for the Perm Territory.
"A man went to one of the clinics in Perm with acute toothache. After surgery, the man's condition worsened. After a short time, the man fell into a coma, and subsequently died," the Telegram channel says.
As a result of the incident, investigators opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence due to improper performance of professional duties by a person").
All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
On April 16, it became known that in Moscow, a patient of one of the private clinics died after plastic surgery on her stomach. A criminal case was opened on this fact on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "b" of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers, resulting in death").
