Erdogan called negotiations the only way to resolve the Iranian issue

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during a telephone conversation with Sultan of Oman Haysam bin Tarek Al Saeed, called negotiations the only way to resolve the Iranian issue. This was announced on June 15 in the office of the head of state.
The Turkish leader expressed the opinion that the conflicts that began with the Israeli attack on Iran pose a great danger to the region.
"Erdogan called the fact of the attacks striking on the eve of the sixth round of negotiations on the nuclear program and added that Turkey considers negotiations as the only way to resolve the dispute," the presidential office said on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
He called the administration of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a global problem of stability and security.
Earlier in the day, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, during a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, also called negotiations the only way to resolve the issue of Iran's nuclear program.
Earlier, on June 14, Oman's Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi announced the cancellation of negotiations between the United States and Iran on the nuclear deal. At the same time, he assured that dialogue is the only way to a "lasting peace." Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, in turn, confirmed the country's readiness to conclude an agreement that guarantees the republic's absence of nuclear weapons.
