Iran is ready to stop attacks on Israel if it stops attacking the Islamic Republic. This was announced by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi on June 15.

"We will defend ourselves by force, and this defense is only a response to aggression. Therefore, if the aggression stops, our reactions will naturally stop too," the IRNA news agency quoted Araqchi as saying on the Telegram channel.

He also added that Iran does not believe the US claims of non-involvement in Israeli attacks on Iran. According to Araqchi, the republic expects the United States to condemn Israel's actions.

"It is necessary for the United States to clearly declare its position and sincerely condemn the attack on the nuclear infrastructure," the minister said.

On the same day, Araqchi said that Iran is ready to conclude an agreement that guarantees the republic's absence of nuclear weapons. At the same time, he noted that if the purpose of the agreement is to deprive Iran of its nuclear rights, then Tehran will not agree to such a deal.

Earlier, on June 13, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency. In this regard, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure.
