Yemeni Houthis announced a strike on Tel Aviv with hypersonic missiles
Houthis from the Yemeni Shiite movement Ansar Allah attacked the infrastructure of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in Tel Aviv. This was stated on June 15 in a statement by Yahya Saria, a representative of the Ansar Allah Armed Forces, posted on the department's Telegram channel.
It is noted that in total, several hypersonic ballistic missiles of the Palestine-2 type were fired during the day. It is specified that each of them has achieved its goal.
"This operation was coordinated with the operations carried out by the Iranian army and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps," a Houthi military spokesman said.
On June 15, Iran launched a new wave of missiles towards Israel. According to Yediot News, over 50 missiles were launched from the territory of the state.
The number of injured due to Iran's missile strike on Israel exceeded 240 people, about 10 died. It is specified that dozens of people were trapped under the rubble.
Earlier, on June 13, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency. In this regard, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure.
