The American military base Fort Kavasos in Texas is closed due to the investigation of the shooting incident. This was announced on June 14 by the CBS television channel.

"Fort Kavasos is currently under lockdown as military officials respond to reports of a potential active shooter at the base," the TV channel noted.

It is clarified that the American police have introduced emergency protocols.

Earlier in the day, the US police announced a shooting at a No Kings rally. According to various estimates, up to 4,000 people are taking part in the demonstration.
