The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation showed footage of the liquidation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces dugout by the crew of the Ka-52m helicopter

An army aviation crew on a Ka-52m Alligator reconnaissance and attack helicopter struck a dugout with manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of responsibility of the Center group of forces. Footage of the work of Russian pilots was shown by the Russian Defense Ministry on Sunday, June 5.

The Alligator took off and headed towards the coordinates previously obtained by Russian intelligence officers. Having reached the required distance to the target, the crew struck the enemy's dugout with aircraft missiles. Then the helicopter performed the necessary anti-missile maneuver and returned safely to the departure area.

The aircraft operator reported that the task had been completed successfully: with an accurate hit, the dugout was eliminated along with the AFU manpower.

Earlier, on June 13, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that a strike group of the Army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) consisting of a Ka-52m helicopter, a Mi-28nm Night Hunter attack helicopter and a multi-purpose Mi-28 helicopter destroyed armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
