A 67-storey skyscraper caught fire in Dubai


In Dubai, the upper floors of the Tiger Tower skyscraper in the Dubai Marina area caught fire. This was reported by The National newspaper on June 14.
The footage shows how the flames engulfed part of the building.
"On Saturday morning, smoke continued to billow from a 67-storey apartment building in the Dubai Marina district after a fire that Dubai civil defense teams had been fighting all night," the newspaper said.
It is specified that the fire was localized in six hours. The cause of the fire is unknown.
More than 3.8 thousand residents were transferred to a safe place, no one was injured. They have already received the necessary assistance, and will later be provided with temporary housing.
On June 4, the newspaper La Repubblica reported that a large fire broke out in the Italian city of Viterbo at the campus of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Tuscia. According to the newspaper, the fire started on the roof of the building where welding work was carried out, and quickly spread to the laboratories located below. No injuries were reported among the students of the faculty.
