Death toll after Israeli attack on Asadabad rises to five

As a result of an Israeli strike on the city of Asadabad in western Iran, five people were killed and seven others were injured. This was reported on June 14 by the Tasnim news agency with reference to the administration of Hamadan province.

It is noted that at the moment there is no information about the resumption of attacks on the Noje airbase and the radar of the air defense systems located in the Asadabad area.

Earlier in the day, the ISNA news agency reported the death of two people as a result of an Israeli strike on the city district of Asadabad in western Iran. It was clarified that five more people were injured.

On June 13, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency. According to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure.
