The remains of 270 victims have been recovered from the crash site of an Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner in Ahmedabad, India. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on June 14, citing a hospital representative.

"At least 270 bodies have been found after an Air India plane bound for London crashed into a medical college dormitory in the western Indian city of Ahmedabad this week," the material says.

It is noted that the plane, heading to London Gatwick Airport, began to lose altitude a few minutes after takeoff.

The plane crash in Ahmedabad, India, occurred on June 12. There were 242 passengers on board, including two pilots and 10 flight attendants. A Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner crashed into a dormitory building for doctors. According to NDTV, the crash could have been caused by a collision with birds.

One of the passengers survived the plane crash — he turned out to be a 40-year-old British citizen.

Later, on June 13, in Ahmedabad, India, investigators found one of the two black boxes at the crash site of the Boeing 787. The second black box in the front of the aircraft has not been found at the moment.
