An Israeli resident spoke about the situation in the bomb shelters

People in Israel have been forced to stay in bomb shelters for more than an hour. Maria Shapiro, a local resident, told Izvestia about this on June 13.
"We can hear explosions and interceptions of Iranian missiles, but we can't see anything from here. For now, we are staying here," the woman described the situation.
According to her, it is impossible to leave the bomb shelters. Together with Shapiro, six more people and a dog are hiding from rocket attacks, and some neighbors are still staying on the landing.
Russian tourist Sofia Mozgaleva also went down to a bomb shelter in Tel Aviv during the attacks.
"We are currently in the bomb shelter, we quickly descended. You can hear the car being shot down...> ballistic missiles," the Russian woman said.
On the same day, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency. Later, Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian stressed that the Israeli side would receive an "appropriate response" for the strikes, which violate international rules.
After that, it became known that Iran had fired about 150-200 rockets at Israeli areas. According to the latest data, more than 22 people were injured as a result.
