Israeli Ambassador to Russia Halperin commented on the attacks on Iran

Israel attacked Iranian nuclear facilities because of the country's "dangerous" progress towards nuclear weapons. This was announced to Izvestia on June 13 by the Israeli Ambassador to Russia, Simona Halperin.

"Israel will not allow an existential threat to its security to form. <...> In response to Iran's dangerous rapprochement with nuclear weapons capabilities, we have taken actions to neutralize this threat," she said.
