The guide, Mustafa Mousavi, spoke about the calm atmosphere in Tehran, where guided tours for tourists continue as usual. Footage from the scene on Friday, June 13, was shown by Izvestia.

According to the guide, the situation in the Iranian capital is calm now, and the walks are carried out in the same mode.

"Here is our group on June 13th. We are going on an excursion," Mousavi said.

Israel launched a preemptive strike on Iran and declared a state of emergency across the country earlier in the day. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to attack Iran's nuclear infrastructure, as well as ballistic missile factories. He called the beginning of the operation a success.

Later, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia was concerned and condemned the sharp escalation of tension between Israel and the Islamic Republic. He also noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin receives online reports on the events taking place between the two countries.
