The Government has approved a plan for the implementation of cultural policy

The Russian government has approved a plan for the implementation in 2025-2027 of the strategy of state cultural policy for the period up to 2030. This was announced on June 13 on the official website of the government.

"Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an order approving the action plan for the implementation in 2025-2027 of the strategy of state cultural policy for the period up to 2030. The decision is aimed at creating conditions for the preservation of spiritual and moral values, the protection of historical memory and the unique heritage of the peoples of Russia, and the realization of the creative potential of the country's inhabitants," the publication says.

The plan includes 200 events, which are divided into eight thematic sections. Thus, the first one is devoted to the issues of preserving the cultural heritage of the peoples of the Russian Federation, as well as ensuring its use for education, enlightenment, education, and strengthening of a unified cultural heritage.

The second section includes activities related to the development of cultural infrastructure and the activation of the territories' potential in this area. The third one is dedicated to holding meetings on the modernization of the system of creative personnel training, the formation and support of human resources in the cultural field.

According to the Russian government, this strategy was approved back in September 2024. It is aimed at ensuring a unified cultural space of the Russian Federation to strengthen its sovereignty and improve the quality of life of citizens. Work in this area is carried out in accordance with the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
