On the morning after the Israeli strike on Iran, after several hours of shelling, the streets of Israeli cities were calm. Kamilla Malisova, an Israeli citizen, told Izvestia about this on Friday, June 13.

"At night, at about 03:00 Moscow time, when my husband and I were sleeping peacefully, attacks from Iran began. We stayed in the bomb shelter for several hours and then calmly returned home," said Malisova.

At the same time, after the shelling ended, it was already calm on the streets of Ramat Gan, where the girl lives, she added.

Israel launched a preemptive strike on Iran and declared a state of emergency across the country earlier in the day. At least five people died as a result. In addition, two more people were killed and six injured as a result of Israeli strikes on the city of Tabriz. According to the latest information, about 250 raids were carried out.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to attack Iran's nuclear infrastructure. He called the beginning of the operation a success.
