Israel has attacked at least six Iranian military bases. This was reported on June 13 by The New York Times (NYT).

"According to four senior Iranian officials, Israel has attacked at least six military bases around Tehran, including Parchin," the publication says.

Strikes were also reported on two "strictly guarded" residential complexes for military commanders, and on several more houses around Tehran. According to preliminary information, the strikes were carried out purposefully.

Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency across the country on June 13. The operation was carried out in an area where high-ranking commanders of the Iranian army live. The IDF said that from that day on, all regions of the country have been switched from full activity to necessary activity. Also, against the background of the start of the military operation, Netanyahu convened the security cabinet.
