A strike group of the army aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) has destroyed armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation (SVO). This was announced on June 13 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

"An army aviation strike group consisting of the Ka-52m Alligator reconnaissance and attack helicopter, the Mi-28nm Night Hunter attack helicopter and the Mi-8 multirole helicopter launched air missile strikes on the positions of the Armed Forces units in the area of responsibility of the Southern Group of Forces," the ministry said.

It is specified that a group of aircraft struck with C-8 missiles at the specified coordinates. After successfully hitting the targets, the helicopters carried out an anti-missile maneuver and returned to the departure airfield.
