Kellogg announced the US vision of the outcome of the conflict in Ukraine

The US authorities analyzed the conditions of Russia and Ukraine for the peaceful settlement of the conflict and presented the final version of the document. This was announced on June 12 by the special envoy of the American president for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg.

"We have taken the Ukrainian list of conditions. Then they received a Russian list of conditions, which they called a memorandum. We brought them together <...> We know what the end result might look like if we can reach this milestone. We consider it a winning one," he said at the Brussels forum of the German Marshall Fund.

Kellogg added that thanks to this agreement, a peaceful settlement of the conflict will be possible.

Slowly but surely: the third round of negotiations between Russia and the United States will be held in Moscow

The meeting is scheduled to take place soon.

Earlier, on June 12, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte pointed out the importance of starting a direct dialogue between the United States and Russia on Ukraine. The Secretary General of the alliance stressed that he approves of the actions of US President Donald Trump and considers the beginning of the dialogue a significant step.
