The US State Department has warned of danger in North Africa and the Middle East.

U.S. citizens in North Africa and the Middle East should exercise caution against the background of the escalating situation in the region. On June 12, the United States Department of State warned about this on the social network X (Ex. Twitter).
"Due to increased regional tensions, the State Department recommends that U.S. citizens in the Middle East and North Africa region exercise increased caution," the statement said.
Historically, such tensions have led to travel disruptions and increased security concerns for U.S. citizens in the region.
Earlier, on June 11, the Reuters news agency reported that the United States was preparing a partial evacuation of the embassy in Iraq amid the escalation. At the same time, both American and Iraqi sources of the agency did not specify the specific reasons that influenced this decision.
