A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a passenger car in the Krasnodar Territory.

In the Korenovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, a passenger car driver collided with a motorcycle. This was announced on Thursday, June 12, by the press service of the regional Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"At 20:10 Moscow time in the village of Platnirovskaya in the Korenovsky district, the driver of the VAZ-2104 did not provide an advantage in traffic when making a left turn and collided with a Kawasaki motorcycle," the department said in a Telegram channel message.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the region, the 35-year-old motorcycle driver died on the spot.

Earlier, on June 1, an accident occurred at the intersection of Peterhof Highway and Admiral Tributs Street. A white Rolls-Royce decided to turn around from the right lane through the safety island, as a result of which it hit a motorcyclist moving in the left lane. After the collision, the driver did not stop and ran over the man with the wheels of the SUV.
