In Cheboksary, a pensioner turned on an ultrasonic rat and mouse repeller against children in his yard because he was unhappy with the noise. This was announced on June 12 by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chuvash region.

It is specified that the man used a sound rat repeller after 23 hours, when it is forbidden to perform actions that violate silence. According to the press service of the department, law enforcement officers are conducting a check on this fact.

"At the initial stage, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the pensioner under Article 9 of the Law of the Chuvash Republic "Violation of the peace and quiet of citizens," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.

In addition, law enforcement officers seized the pensioner's sound speakers, with which he turned on media files downloaded from the Internet.

Earlier, on April 5, it became known about an attack in Moscow by a pensioner on a grandmother with a one-year-old child in her arms. It was later reported that the man had inflicted multiple punches on his grandson while intoxicated.
