In the Kherson region, two civilians were injured due to an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

In the Kherson region, two civilians, a woman and a man, were injured due to an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 12 by Governor Vladimir Saldo.

"A 58-year-old man and a 78-year-old woman were injured in the village of Rovnoye in the Genichesky district. They have been delivered to the Genichesky CRH," Baldo said in his Telegram channel.

Also in the city of Alyoshka, according to the governor, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked an ambulance. There were no casualties, but the medics' car was damaged. During the night, the air defense forces shot down 16 enemy drones.

"Due to the emergency shutdown of two electrical substations, more than 3.5 thousand people in 10 settlements of the Genichesky district were left without electricity this morning. <...> Emergency crews have started repairs," the governor noted.

Due to UAV attacks, more than 190 settlements were left without power, water and communications.

On June 12, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that in the Kherson region on the right bank of the Dnieper River, a crew of attack unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the 49th Combined Arms Army destroyed an observation post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to the professionalism of the calculation, the target was destroyed.
