The Israeli Parliament voted against the bill on dissolution


The Israeli Knesset voted against the opposition's bill to dissolve itself. The document did not pass the preliminary reading. This was reported by The Times of Israel on Thursday, June 12.
It is specified that 61 legislators opposed the dissolution, while 53 were in favor.
Now the opposition will not be able to file a motion for the dissolution of parliament within six months, the newspaper added.
Earlier, on May 28, during a speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Knesset, a conflict broke out over the issue of the Gaza Strip. A man ran up to Netanyahu with a map of the enclave and started shouting, he was taken out of the hall.
