Senator, arbitration manager of the Ministry of Justice of Russia Olga Epifanova said that for violating silence in an apartment building, the fine could amount to 80 thousand rubles.

In conversation with aif.ru On Wednesday, June 11, Epifanova pointed out that Russians often face violations of silence and comfort from their neighbors. Most often, complaints are caused by loud music, dog barking, shouting, the operation of household appliances, especially at night and during the hours established by the law on silence (from 13:00 to 15:00), as well as carrying out repair work outside the permitted time (usually prohibited from 23:00 to 7:00).

In order to stop violations, citizens can contact the police for prompt recording, the district police officer, the management company or the HOA. The State Housing Inspectorate (GJI) and Rospotrebnadzor can be involved to solve problems and verify the legality of housing use and compliance with sanitary standards.

If the listed authorities are inactive, you can contact the prosecutor's office, the local administration and the court. The latter may decide against systematic violators, up to and including forced eviction.

The senator pointed out that administrative liability is provided for violations of the established rules in the form of fines, the amounts of which may vary in the regions. So, for the first violation, the fine ranges from 1 thousand to 3 thousand rubles, the amount may double with a repeat violation. For officials, the fines are higher — in Moscow, the amount reaches 8 thousand rubles, and legal entities can be fined 40-80 thousand rubles.

On May 10, Roskachestvo reminded Russians about the regime of silence in dachas. The ministry stressed that noise is usually considered to be shouting, whistling, singing, loud music, sounds of pyrotechnics, repair work, howling of pets, as well as other sounds that disturb the tranquility of neighbors, the website writes. kp.ru . So, for violating the rules in the Moscow region, the fine is up to 3,000 rubles, and in the Leningrad region — up to 2,000 rubles, RT notes.

In December last year, Svetlana Razvorotneva, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, proposed to fine the house for violating the rules of the charter, notes 360.ru .
