The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death toll in Gaza since October 2023.

The total number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip as a result of fighting and shelling by the Israeli armed forces since October 2023 has reached 55,104. This was announced on June 11 by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in its daily Telegram channel report.

At least 127,394 people were injured. In the last 24 hours alone, 123 dead bodies have been admitted to hospitals in the enclave, including three recovered from the rubble. 474 victims received medical assistance. It is noted that many bodies still remain under the rubble of destroyed buildings — rescue services cannot reach them.

It is specified that since March 18, 2025, 4,821 deaths and 15,353 injured have been recorded.

Separately, the Ministry reported 57 dead and more than 363 injured as a result of Israeli strikes on areas where humanitarian aid is being distributed. In total, according to the ministry's calculations, since the beginning of attacks on such zones, the death toll among those who tried to get food has reached 224 people, and over 1,858 injured.

The local Ministry of Health reported on June 9 that the number of Palestinians injured in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours was close to 390, with 47 people killed. It clarifies that there are still victims under the rubble and on the streets of Gaza, to whom neither ambulances nor civil defense services can reach.
