Forecasters predicted cloudy weather this weekend in Moscow

On the weekend of June 14 and 15, mostly cloudy weather awaits Muscovites. In addition, rain is possible on Saturday and thunderstorms on Sunday. Yandex Weather analysts told Izvestia about this on June 13.

On Saturday, June 14, it will be cloudy in Moscow, and it will rain during the day. Gusts of moderate northerly wind will reach up to 7 m/s. In the morning, the temperature will be +14 degrees, in the afternoon it will remain at +15... +16 degrees, and by night it will drop to +13 degrees.

"In cities near Moscow, such as Odintsovo, Podolsk, Lyubertsy, Vidnoye and Domodedovo, the temperature during the day will be about + 15 degrees," the forecasters said.

On Sunday, June 15, the weather in Moscow will be mostly cloudy, with thunderstorms possible in the morning. The temperature in the morning will be +15 degrees, in the afternoon it will rise to +19 degrees, and at night it will remain at +13...+14 degrees. A light wind is expected, with gusts reaching 4 m/s in the afternoon.

In the Moscow region, analysts added, conditions will remain similar to those in the capital: a thunderstorm is expected, and the temperature will be at the Moscow level or a maximum of 1 degree lower.

Earlier, on June 9, Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading expert at Meteonosti, warned that a westerly and then a northerly wind would prevail throughout the week, which would finally change the hot weather to cooler.
