More than 600 orphaned children will receive housing certificates in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, they intend to issue at least 637 housing certificates to orphaned children in 2025. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

The regional budget provides 2.2 billion rubles for issuing certificates this year. The amount of one certificate is 3.399 million rubles.

According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the funds can be spent within seven months on the purchase of housing from an individual or a legal entity. At the same time, the selected property must meet sanitary and technical requirements.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 500 people have already purchased housing due to the certificate.

Three relevant bills have been submitted to the State Duma

In February, it became known that in the Khabarovsk Territory in 2024, more than 300 orphaned children received their own housing. This exceeded the figures for 2023 by 38%.
