The most popular convertibles in Russia in 2025 are the Mercedes-Benz SL-class and BMW 4-series models. Sergey Tselikov, director of the Autostat analytical agency, told about this in his Telegram channel on June 11.

According to his calculations, 157 new convertibles were sold in Russia in the first five months of 2025. This is 8% less than in the same period last year. In May, 52 convertibles were registered.

More than half of the convertible market in Russia is shared by two brands — Mercedes-Benz (43 units) and BMW (40 units). Porsche convertibles (15 units) are also popular.

"Among the "novelties of the season", we can mention the electric MG Cyberster. A Chinese development from a brand with British roots. This year, 12 Russians have already become owners of these electric cars. Also, another brand—new Lamborghini Huracan Spyder has been registered in Russia," the analyst noted.
