A man died when a car overturned in the Angara region.

In the Usolsky district of the Irkutsk region, a motorist was killed as a result of a foreign car overturning. The regional State Traffic Inspectorate reports this in its Telegram channel.

The accident occurred the day before, on June 10, on the 1815th km of the federal highway R-255 "Siberia", bypassing the city of Usolye-Sibirskoye. According to preliminary police data, the 63-year-old Subaru Forester driver, who was moving from the regional center, lost control. The car flew off the roadway into a ditch and overturned.

As a result of the accident, the motorist received various injuries. The man was taken to the hospital, but it was not possible to save him — he died from multiple injuries, writes IA IrkutskMedia.

The circumstances of the incident are being established. Now the police are looking for people who witnessed the accident.

Earlier on June 11, it was reported that a Toyota Corolla and a Mercedes-Benz collided in the Novosibirsk region. As a result, one person was killed and one injured.
