- The State Duma has sent evidence of crimes committed by the Kiev regime to the Bundestag.

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin sent a separate letter to Chairman of the Bundestag Julia Kleckner, which provides documentary evidence of crimes committed by the Ukrainian authorities against civilians. The relevant document was published on the official website of the lower house on June 11.
"The documentary evidence of the crimes of the Kiev regime against the civilian population has been sent to you in a separate letter, and unbiased foreign observers who wish to familiarize themselves with them (translated into European languages) will be able to do so on the website of the State Duma," the letter says.
Volodin noted that Germany's transfer of weapons to Ukraine, which are used, including against civilians, is in itself the reason for the conflict between the Russian Federation and Germany.
"We know that there are many people in Germany who sincerely seek to develop relations with Russia. For our part, we have always and sincerely strived for this, and have not taken a single step against the interests of Germany," concluded Volodin.
On June 5, US President Donald Trump held talks with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at the White House. After the meeting, the German Chancellor said that the country would depend on the United States for a long time. The New York Times (NYT) newspaper wrote that Merz's mission to attract Trump to support Ukraine had failed. It is noted that Merz also called on Trump to exert pressure on the Russian side, but did not receive proper consent.
On the same day, Merz called the United States the liberators of Germany from Nazism, without mentioning the decisive role of the USSR in his speech. He also recalled that June 6 marks the anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy, and reiterated that it was the Americans who put an end to the war in Europe.
In connection with these statements, Volodin sent an appeal to the head of the German parliament, in which he noted that Merz distorted history and forgot who really liberated the world from Nazism. At the same time, he stressed that the German government is increasingly involved in military operations against the Russian Federation, planning to deploy missile production in Ukraine.
Kleckner, in turn, noted through her press service that the Bundestag "will not allow itself to be intimidated." After that, Volodin's response was published on the State Duma website, and documents about the crimes of the Kiev regime were sent to Kleckner.
