US President Donald Trump promised to stop any possible riots that interfere with the military parade in Washington, which will be held on June 14. The American leader made the corresponding statement on June 10, answering questions from journalists.

In addition, the head of state predicted a prison sentence for the organizers of potential riots.

"Some of them will be in prison for a long time," he said.
Trump clarified that force would be used to curb illegal activities.

On May 21, The Washington Post (WP) reported that more than 20 tanks, 34 horses, 50 helicopters and several thousand soldiers will take part in the parade in honor of the 250th anniversary of the United States Army. At the very end of the event, those present will see a parachute jump performed by soldiers of the parachute brigade of the US Armed Forces, which is called the "Golden Knights".
