The Strela-10 air defense system crew of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed two new Ukrainian Poseidon UAVs

"It says that Poseidon is produced in Ukraine. But this is hardly true, like all their weapons. The Poseidon UAVs were officially adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine only in early 2025. The design includes four lifting propellers and one pusher, developed wings and a double—girder tail. Due to this, the drone has the ability to take off vertically without using a catapult.

The Strela-10 is currently being actively used against various aircraft-type UAVs. It turned out that this combat vehicle successfully copes with the new Poseidons. Vladimir said that at least two such drones have been destroyed so far.

"If I see a target, I have to go to a more or less open area so that there are no trees or power lines. When the operator is guided, the driver gives gas, turns on combat mode, gets out of the car and conducts a video report," explained the driver with the call sign Maloy.
