In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, after the death of a five-year-old girl from exhaustion, an inspection was carried out by the guardianship and guardianship authorities of the regional center administration. This was announced by the regional prosecutor's office on Wednesday, June 11.

It is specified that the employee of the guardianship department was supposed to show interest in the life of the children under her care and conduct a survey of housing and living conditions. However, she did not visit her family, but instead drew up reports with false information. As a result, a five-year-old girl died of exhaustion.

"The verification materials have been sent to the investigative authorities, and a criminal case has been opened under Part 2 of Article 292 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Official forgery resulting in violation of citizens' rights")," the agency said in a Telegram post.

The prosecutor's office added that a criminal case is also being investigated against the child's guardian under paragraphs "c, d" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Murder of a minor with special cruelty").

On June 5, in the village of Dubrovka in the Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad region, a 15-year-old mother threw her newborn baby out of the window in a bag. Now the child's health is not in danger.
