- Moscow named the total amount of contracts for participants in the innovation piloting program

Since the launch of the innovation piloting program in the capital, its participants have signed contracts worth 4.3 billion rubles. This was announced by Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
According to her, since 2020, the city has initiated testing of more than 660 products in various industries, from tourism to transport. There are 276 sites available for piloting innovations in the capital. Registration is open on the digital platform of the Moscow Innovation Cluster (MIC).
"During the program, 489 companies participated in it. Almost 600 technological solutions have already been tested," Sergunina said.
Successful projects include a digital laboratory for programming training, a two—level bicycle parking, smart sensors for electricity meters, and a service for collaboration on models of construction sites.
Program participants receive expert support and feedback from potential customers. They are also given access to urban and commercial infrastructure — piloting helps refine the product to meet customer needs and prepare it for market entry.
MIC residents have the opportunity to compensate for the cost of conducting tests. The city provides a grant of up to 4 million rubles for logistics, equipment installation, maintenance, repairs and other expenses. Sergunina noted that this year the acceptance of grant applications has been extended until July 4. "Since 2022, support has been approved in the amount of more than 596 million rubles," the deputy mayor said.
For example, a company that developed an inventory robot received financial support. The grant was also approved for the company that created the platform for career development.
