The highest — fifth — class of fire danger is predicted from June 10 to June 15 in the Far Eastern, Southern, North Caucasian and Siberian Federal Districts of Russia. This was announced by the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand on Tuesday, June 10.

"New hotbeds of the fifth class are emerging, we are talking about Yakutia and the Khabarovsk Territory. Temperatures are rising significantly in Yakutia, and temperatures are rising in the east of the Khabarovsk Territory, so there is a fifth class of fire danger there. In addition, there is also a fifth class of fire danger in the west of the Kamchatka Territory," he said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

The same class of fire danger is predicted in the south of European Russia, especially in the east of the Southern Federal District and in the North Caucasus Federal District - in Dagestan. According to the meteorologist, the fifth grade is expected in the coming days in the Siberian Federal District — in the Altai Territory, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions.

Vilfand added that until June 15, due to rains and lower temperatures, the fifth class of extreme danger is not predicted in either the Northwestern or Central Federal Districts.

Earlier that day, the Moscow region Forestry Committee said that on June 10, a second class of fire danger was expected in most of the region, while the first class was expected in Vinogradovsky and Stupinsky forestry districts, the third in Yegoryevsky and Shatursky, and the fourth in Klin. 360.ru .

On June 8, Wilfand reported that nine regions of Russia may soon experience a fifth class of fire hazard.

In turn, the dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, Professor Vadim Vinogradov, told RT that in some cases, driving into a forest area may result in a significant fine for a motorist.

He clarified that if the territory belongs to specially protected natural areas — nature reserves, national and natural parks, nature reserves, then entry by car without a special permit is prohibited and may result in a fine of 3 to 4 thousand rubles with confiscation of the instrument of committing an administrative offense, writes RIAMO.
