The governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory, Alexander Osipov, dismissed the regional government on June 10 following the visit of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Krasnov.

"In the near future, each member of the government of the region should present the results of their work, promptly solve the problems of citizens who have come to the Prosecutor General," the governor wrote in his Telegram channel.

He clarified that members of the government will be individually responsible for the established facts of connivance in the performance of their duties.

In addition, an interdepartmental personnel commission will be established, where the compliance of the positions of all managers will be assessed, as well as decisions on appointments to posts will be made.
