The media reported the death of 11 people in a school shooting in Austria.

The death toll from a shooting at a school in Graz, Austria, has risen to 11 people. This was announced on June 10 by the Auf1 portal.

The paramedic told about the death toll. At the moment, the victims are being taken to nearby hospitals by helicopter for emergency medical care, their number is not specified.

According to the Associated Press, the mayor of Graz, Elke Kar, has so far confirmed information about eight dead as a result of the shooting.

Earlier in the day, it became known about the shooting at the educational institution. According to preliminary information, the attacker opened fire in two classrooms. The shooter turned out to be a student at the school and considered himself a victim of bullying. It was clarified that the attacker died, his body was found in one of the school toilets.
