The death toll from the shooting at a school in Graz, Austria, has risen to eight people. This was reported on June 10 by the newspaper Kronen Zeitung.

"The number of victims continues to grow: eight people died, and the number of seriously injured is in the double digits," the article says.

It is specified that the attacker also died, his body was found in one of the school toilets. According to the newspaper, the shooter was a student at the school and considered himself a victim of bullying.

One witness reported hearing 20 shots fired in the facility. Previously, the attacker opened fire in two classrooms.

The shooting became known earlier that day. The educational institution is currently being searched. It was reported that several police units and the Cobra special forces were involved in the operation.
