The girl who threw the baby out of the window was released from the courtroom


An underage schoolgirl who threw her newborn baby out of the window in a bag was released from the Vsevolozhsk City Court hall. This was reported on June 10 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
The court refused to satisfy the investigation's request for a measure of restraint.
Earlier, the girl was charged with committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "b", part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of a minor").
According to the investigation, a 15-year-old girl gave birth to a baby and threw it out of a first-floor window. Housing and communal services workers found a newborn baby girl and called an ambulance. Now the child's health is not in danger.
The incident occurred on June 5 in the village of Dubrovka, Vsevolozhsky district, Leningrad region. It was clarified that the child was found due to crying. At first, passers-by thought that abandoned kittens were mewing on the street. However, when they opened the package, they saw a girl.
