Sobyanin spoke about the use of domestic equipment in the construction of the subway

Domestic equipment is given an advantage during the construction of the capital's metro lines, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his Telegram channel. The products of domestic companies, which are not inferior in quality to foreign ones, are actively involved in the development of the capital's transport infrastructure.

According to Sobyanin, during the construction of the subway, domestic electronic control and automation systems, developments for train traffic control and ventilation equipment are being introduced and used today. "For example, the foreign fire safety system has been replaced by products from companies from Moscow and the Saratov region. And instead of imported video cameras, we are installing analogues produced in the Krasnodar Territory," said the mayor of the capital.

Russian information modeling technologies are used for station projects at all stages of implementation, including preparation of design and working documentation, construction and commissioning. Materials for finishing metro stations are also being successfully replaced by domestic analogues.
