Peskov announced Putin's speech at the SPIEF

Russian President Vladimir Putin will traditionally take part in the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on June 20. This was announced on June 10 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Putin will be at the SPIEF, of course. There will be a traditional speech, there will be a traditional participation in a panel discussion," he told TASS.
Peskov refused to reveal the moderator of the discussion and talk about the surprises at the upcoming forum.
"We always try, and the organizers always try to do something new," he added.
On June 9, Putin sent greetings to the SPIEF 2025 participants. In his address, the President stressed the importance of SPIEF as an authoritative international platform bringing together politicians, representatives of business, scientific and expert circles from many countries.
