Over 330 large-scale investment projects are being implemented in Moscow. This was announced on Monday, June 9, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

According to him, the projects are being implemented on land plots with a total area of 820 hectares. The total area of the facilities under construction will be 9 million square meters, according to the Moscow City News Agency.

Large-scale investment projects have been implemented in Moscow since 2016. Preference is given to innovation centers, modern manufacturing, high technologies, and social and sports infrastructure facilities, writes NSN.

According to Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Property, more than 200 industrial and commercial IpMS, more than 30 sports complexes, 65 schools, kindergartens, medical and other social facilities are currently under implementation, RT clarifies. For example, two multifunctional medical centers with a total area of 91 thousand square meters are planned to be built in Ramenki. The infrastructure is actively developing in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, modern urban spaces are being created, Moscow 24 reports.

On June 6, the deputy mayor said that a modern industrial complex for the production of innovative equipment for X-ray diagnostics is being built on Balaklavsky Prospekt in Moscow.
