Miroshnik spoke about the reasons for Kiev's delay in receiving the bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers

Ukraine's manipulation of delaying the implementation of agreements with Russia is related to internal factors and Kiev's relations with its sponsors. The Russian Federation has fully implemented the agreements, the ball is on the Ukrainian side and the responsibility for the official reaction to the humanitarian act proposed by Russia lies with Kiev, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-large for crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik told Izvestia.

Implementation of agreements: Russia and Ukraine exchanged prisoners

During the three days of the largest transfer of prisoners, 1,000 people returned to Russia.

"We state that the agreements have been fully implemented on the Russian side. Kiev's manipulations are carried out regardless of the negotiations. This is influenced by some internal factors or by Ukraine's external relations with its sponsors," Miroshnik explained to Izvestia.

After the second round of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul on June 2, it became known that the Russian Federation would hand over the bodies of 6,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers and accept the bodies of Russian soldiers if Ukraine had them. However, on June 7, Ukraine postponed this procedure indefinitely, said Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to the President and head of the Russian delegation.
