Two more emergency houses were demolished in Noginsk, Moscow region.

In the city of Noginsk (Moscow region) Two more apartment buildings, previously recognized as emergency, were demolished. This is reported by the press service of the Moscow Architecture Department.
We are talking about houses No. 1 and 5 on Molodezhnaya Street with an area of 650 and 900 square meters. m, respectively. They were built in the 1950s and 70 years later, due to significant wear, they were declared emergency.
According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, residents of the houses were resettled under the regional state program "Resettlement of citizens from an emergency housing fund in the Moscow Region for 2019-2025." A total of 20 apartments were resettled.
The dismantling of buildings, as well as the clearing of debris, was completed in May 2025. The Bogorodsky district administration has not yet decided what will appear on the site of the demolished houses.
As part of the work to identify and eliminate unfinished buildings in the Bogorodsky district, 283 objects were identified. To date, 177 facilities have been demolished, completed or adjusted. The work continues.
