Musk's father told about the persuasions not to go to Russia

American businessman and father of entrepreneur Elon Musk, Errol, told how he was dissuaded from traveling to Russia. He stated this on June 9 during the "Forum of the Future 2050".

"I was going to bring my daughter Alexandra with me. However, she couldn't come here, but went with me to Dubai. And when we were about to fly to Moscow from Dubai, suddenly she started receiving messages telling her not to go to Russia. And then they started writing from other countries of the world that I didn't need to go to Russia. <...> I was told that if I went to Russia, my life would be in danger," TASS quoted Musk as saying.

According to the businessman, when he arrived in Moscow, he saw a beautiful civilization. He also called Russia one of the best countries in the world.

The State Duma is preparing amendments to the draft law on the seizure of property of citizens who oppose the interests of the Russian Federation abroad.

Earlier in the day, Musk's father spoke about his impressions after his first trip to Russia. He stressed that the way the country is presented in the West is far from reality.
