Russian servicemen released from captivity shared their emotions

Russian servicemen who returned from Ukrainian captivity as part of the exchange shared their emotions about returning home. The footage was distributed by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on June 9.

"Right now, at the moment, the best [emotions]. The best day of my life," said the fighter of the Russian Armed Forces.

The returning servicemen called their relatives and friends to inform them of their arrival.

"We will get home, to our homeland, to our relatives, everything will be fine with us," the Russian serviceman, who was released from captivity, added.

They plan to return more than 6 thousand dead to Ukraine.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the first group of Russian military personnel under the age of 25 had been transferred from the territory controlled by the Kiev regime. In return, Russia sent a similar number of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
