"I believe that the relations that have been established between the presidents since the first term of Donald Trump are working, they do not need any preludes, prefaces," he said.

According to the foreign ministers, during the negotiations, the leaders of the states do not waste time on formalities. He clarified that such measures make it possible to avoid "unnecessary illusions" and "unfulfilled expectations", thanks to the openness of the heads of the United States and the Russian Federation.
